I have no idea if this is a bug, but that enemy that steals your stuff went over to one of the chests, and after I killed it, suddenly that chest bursts into 20-30 of them. Maybe it's a conflict with another mod as this chest is part of the Rare chests mod, specifically the slot chest.
I have a bug where at each Blind Bat spawn spawns like 12 more active immediately before the Blind Bat at the top swoops down. I have Repentogon installed so I'm not sure if its cause of that or what.

I think this is intentional. One instance of a Blind Bat will spawn one, then four more. Certain rooms have more than 1 instances of Blind Bats so you gotta be careful about activating them before you clear the rest of the enemies

There's a problem with corpseeaters but I don't know if it's important or not:

Came across a handful of minor issues with the Nightwatch enemy.

In many rooms, Nightwatches with custom paths will completely ignore their set path and default to bouncing back and forth, which makes some rooms near impossible to clear without alerting them. On a technical level, I found that this issue only exists with Nightwatches under the Group 0 ID, where others with a Group ID set at 1 or more follow their paths normally.

In crawlspaces, the Remove event only works on collectible items and not on pickups or chests.

Finally, although an issue in Basement Renovator, the custom path Nightwatches from the menu have a very high variant ID that also causes them to ignore their pathing.

I'll go over all the Nightwatch rooms and fix any issues. I've had the problem of Nightwatches in rooms behaving differently when testing a room in BR as opposed to finding them in game.

Fix may take a bit since there really isn't anyone else working on the mod anymore (I do rooms and stuff not code)

Why do I have this mod as two mods in the mod list? One with words separated with spaces, another without the separation.

It was probably from when the download was broken. Just go into your mod folder and delete both of the mods, then reopen the game

That's what I got when I got into a room in Mausoleum called "1539 P.E.N.I.S. - [TC] - Antibirth (tall)". Nothing weird happened, tho.

i'm not really sure if that counts as a bug (or if it's a mod conflict) but i can't fly across the pits in the Downpour room 24120 "Bomb Pit" as Tainted Lost

doesn't seem to apply for the entire floor, just this room in particular

Keep on getting this error which causes a black screen on the right side and breaks the enemy AI:
