Is there a guide or link to the Dark Elf Language?

Having an elf mutter something during a fey mood and I can't figure out what they need.

They should use the same language as surface elves - I think in some cases back in the day when testing I saw them use dwarven for some reason, and I could not reproduce the bug later.
