A pawn with the conversion ability is in a coma but keeps falling out of their bed and needs rescue because they constantly try to convert. Perhaps check if a pawn is able to move or talk before converting.

If it isn't already so, maybe adding the convert order to the pawn's order queue (after what they're doing currently) would be sometimes better so they finish what they're doing before running to convert.
