Something along the lines of either Kirby in eating enemies or the ability to spam the Power Pill effect with emphasis on steamrolling before losing out on buffs

Give him a pocket active that will be a pony (for the speed) and he can "eat" the pony to get damage but he will lose all the speed the pony grants...
Or just make him faster than regular Tarrare, cause I end all my runs with 0.10 of speed and that's slowwwwwwww! XD

Dunno how hard it would be to code, but one idea would be to have him start with an innate Binge Eater + Glitched Crown, but any item that isn't food costs hearts

He wouldent be able to shoot normally instead he would have to eat an enemy using his pocket active and either swollow it whole to be able to shoot for a short amount of time or spit it up which would deal large amounts of damage

start with a dash pocket item called gluttonous beast that would let you dash at an enemy, doing 10x your damage (not effected by multipliers) and have compound fracture at the start, but you cant shoot, but when you eat an enemy, you gain a charge for gluttonous beast depending on the health of the enemy you ate, but it goes down by 1 every second, after you lose all your glutton charges, you start taking damage instead every 30 seconds
