Ferdinand Lasalle
Martin Leo Arons
Eduard Bernstein
(Karl Marx probably?)
Those are the ones that come to mind as key players in the workers and social democratic movement in Germany
Edit: Karl Kautsky as well, though not sure if he fits for austria more. he played a more imprtant role in germany afaik
Thanks a lot for adding Goméz, García and Maceo!
I've got some more Cuban characters I would like to see:
Enrique Roig San Martín (1843-1889): early labor organizer and probably Cuba's first anarchist.
Julio Antonio Mella (1903-1929): student leader and co-founder of the Communist Party of Cuba. Later exiled to Mexico.
Francisco Vicente Aguilera (1821-1877): very rich landowner and abolitionist.
Tomas Estrada Palma (1832-1908): first president of the Republic of Cuba (defacto US-colony). Started as pro-indepence but became a lap dog for the US with the establishment of the Cuban Republic.
Henry Reeve (1850-1876): general in the Cuban liberation army from American descent. Migrated from the US to Cuba in 1869.
Gerardo Machado (1871-1939): president and dictator of the Republic of Cuba from 1925 to 1933.
Blas Villate (1824-1882) three times colonial governor of Cuba, staunch Spanish loyalist and pro slavery.
If you need help with research or need a second opinion on any of these characters (ideology, traits, interest groups, etc.) give me a hint. I'm happy to help.
Duke Yansheng
Marquis of Extended Grace
especially cool if there was a way for them to be the king or something of one of the chinese breakaway states
I will try them out, I cannot find much information about Zhu Yuxun (12th Marquis of Extended Grace), maybe it will take a bit long.
