getting default classes on my exalt soldiers

Is it me or does this pack need tuning as far as enemy count is concerned?

Anyone has a problem when doing mission?

I was doing the first mission, and I can't select any of the soldiers actions. At least on my Soldier's first action, but then they can after the second.

And this one was on the first mission.
