New Problem found, most likely a bug or something
My giver suddenly just died, no one attacking or anything, she simply just died out of sudden, when i checked the log and health, everything was 100% with no damages, i loaded back to previous auto save and waited awhile and she just fall dead again

Very very important news
The Giver's soul is special, and once it dies, it never comes back to life.
The death of the Giver that you observed is not undone.

Death is not overturned, even if you perform a save scum…
