Try to put Android tiers on the bottom of the load order. This should help with crashes, but if it does not please try to test one mod at a time and see which one causes incompatibility with Android Tiers as I can't determine from the crash logs what caused this.
Seems the mod "AreaInclusionExclusion" causes a lot of spam errors, might be unrelated but please try sending the error logs to that mod author too to see if he can help. Or try to disable it, spawn a caravan and see if the crashes still occur.

I've searched a bit longer and found over few hundreds of errors from just other mods having incompatibilities between themselves.
Rimworld isn't optimized enough to reliably handle more than 20 mods. Giving it a hundred is bound to just crash at some point as there's just no way to patch for every single mod while they themselves cause errors in the background.
I'd recommend you try disabling larger mods one by one and see if it helps. I can't say for sure which one is causing your crash as there's just too many errors happening anyway.
Android Tiers is a large mod that changes a lot of mechanics, which will break your game if there's other larger mods that also touch the same classes and/or mechanics, like the caravan for example.
