Feedback for the mod
After playing it for a bit, my thoughts (it wouldn't let me post in a comment so I made a thread sorry)

The character is a really fun change of pace. It's really fun having a big horde of minions at your command.

I like just the 3 stat ups (health, damage, respawn) for minions. I like that it functions the same way for all of them. It keeps things simple. Some mods get really complex for no reason and this avoids this.

My biggest problem:

If you don't snowball early in power you feel brutally weak. Most of my 'good' runs involved me finding the ultra secret room or getting a good treasure room item in the first 2-3 floors.I understand that normal stat growths would probably feel OP but I think this is an overcorrection. Compare T.Eve and T.Apollyon, who have strong gimmicks and nerfed stats, but the only nerfed stats they have are firerate, T.Eve even keeps her 1.2x damage boost. At the very least I would give PlayableHush base stats with lowered stat growth, or regular stats except for a big damage nerf.

PlayableHush is MISERABLE fighting enemies who your minions can't touch. One of the runs I fought reap creep (big spider boss) my firerate was 2 and my damage was 2.2 and none of my minions could reach him (also because of AI they ignored the other enemies). The fight was over 3 minutes long because I was fighting a floor 4 boss alone with stats worse than base isaac.

Other suggestions:

The +flies should come in groups, to make up for how weak they are and how long they take to regenerate. An extra fly feels way smaller of an upgrade vs an extra gaper or fatty; I think coming in groups of 3 would be good.

I LOVE the items that give your minions extra abilities. It can be kinda easy to get them all and I wish there were more upgrades. I think upgrades that let your gapers and fatties fly would be great, giving you more upgrades to collect and helping with the problems above.

How about also adding the blue spider sacks as minions (the ones that shoot 3 bullets)? It's another way to fight flying enemies and gives you more minions to play around with. They could have upgrades to make their tears piercing, spectral, and apply statuses. Having ranged stationary minions works better than you'd think in my experience with a couple of lucky runs. Plus then you can actually have all of hush's minions. Maybe they could come in groups of 2.

Another potential upgrade item could be something that has a chance for the minions to spawn as champions.

Keys in early game: luck with key drops in early game have a huge impact on runs. Playable Hush would benefit a lot IMO from the doors in basement 1 not always being locked, or giving them a couple more keys to start with, maybe start with 1 regular and 1-2 blue keys.

2 last things: 1. birthright is missing its description in the EID mod. 2. When loading the character, the head appears briefly before the body.

Overall though love the mod, it's been very refreshing and unique!

Suggested stat spread:

Damage: 3.5 base, 0.75x multiplier (like eve, t. magdalene)
Tears: -0.5, x1 multiplier (like t apollyon or eve's minimum possible firerate)
Range: 4.5 (like cain, t.cain, t.judas)
Speed 0.9 (like keeper)
Luck: 0
Starting items: 1 key (regular), 1 blue key

In case you didn't know, your minions become flying if you have flight.

I'll look into rebalancing starting stats without making them vanilla.

Flies spawn about 33% more often than gapers. There is also a hidden mechanic in place (for all summons) that enablces a chance to spawn mutliple minions at once if your capacity is high enough and it depends on your regen(intentisty) stat.

I wanted to use blue boils, but there is a lot of coding related issues with it. I might give it another go and overcome it.

Head appearing briefly before the body is a side effect of me using a custom anm2 file for hush to facilitate his custom death animation, and there is no way that I'm aware of to make body not dissapear when loading it.

honestly it's really grating to hear the hush roar every time you take damage, would it be possible to toggle it or something?

Create a shop next to the shop in greedier that would sell blue keys for a high price and items that you can buy using it.

You could make it to where after boss kills (1 blue key each for each boss including the one to get to your angel/devil) and just set a certain amount of blue rooms for each floor except the final 2
You made some cool "no useless hearts" mod series, so I think there's should be some usage for red hearts for this character.

Like: Red hearts can heal and overheal your units, bone hearts spawns minions imediatly, rotten hearts spawn a bunch of flies (how original)

Sorry if it already does that

He can pick up red hearts and replenish/overcharge his minions from it.
