-Custom ship models and components in the form of weapons,armor,shields,energy cube reactors,sensors,thrusters, a unique bombardment stance,and combat computers

-A Custom Architect gate way mega structure

-Being able to colonize planet 4546B and there being a custom story and crisis event revolving around the kharaa bacterium

-A custom species right which allows other species to give you a small amount of research in each category per pop

-A custom tradition tree

-Custom Architect robot portraits

-Two custom war goals a total war war goal and a war goal that allows you turn a target empire into a scholarium vassal

Mega structures
- Super ship, maybe powered by some tech only possible to be gained from an event, when defeated by other empires they get the ability to make it, like a super capitol ship.
- Some type of beacon that reawakens their old worlds or machines, causing fleets to appear and maybe starting a new type of crisis where their worlds have been taken over by rouge machines or even some sort of eldritch evil(maybe the eldritch creature that spawns a black hole, forgot its name)

New Crisis
- Some sort of ancient empire or Eldritch fleet that is hunting them, the reason they had to start as a basic empire again.

Colossus type that is similar to a star eater but turns all planets into some sort of structure or computer or something related to them.

Since you arnt able to get all traits in the beginning. For lore reasons should add an event chain to regain your lost culture and genes
