Keep in mind that I can only work quickly with ample information so simply saying "Fix it" won't help. In this regard I request you describe the issue. For instance: "I've researched Y tech, but I can't build X unit which says it requires Y tech". Please also attach whatever submod may have the issue if it is related to a submod.
