on v1.10 and forward the pre-packaged mods are now just '?' placeholder images rather than what theyre supposed to be

@Mechinsam: I've added an option in the remix menu to address this, by default the mod will now leave the pre-packaged mod thumbnails be, optionally it can now be suppressed via config.
