The harmful ones are not as deadly as the heavy rain, but careless actions can lead to your demise, and hibernating won't necessarily get rid of the problem for you, so you have to come up with creative solutions to survive (hoarding your shelter with food could be a solution)
There could be also events with creatures, like if an area gets flooded lots of acquatic creatures will spawn and they will stay till the flood goes away(or if you tame your Lizards so they will stay with you).
It could happen similarly with snow, so that more creatures that you see in Saint Caimpagn (mostly the ones immune to the cold but not just limited to them) will spawn and so on, like a migration of critters/ apex predators.
I don't know how many of these things can be really done but I hope for some of them to become reality one day
- cloudless skies (no clouds)
- cloudy skies (clouds, no rain)
- rain (has harmless rain at the beginning of nighttime for a short period)
