A problem

For some reason I can't temper/improve the sword. I have all the smithing skills and ingredients but it says I lack the skill to improve magical items. Anybody got a solution?

whats your blacksmithing because there is a skill in blacksmithing tio impeove magic items

I have all the perks and its at level 100 too

I have the same problem. Blacksmithing at 100 and improve magic item perk too

I have the same problem to.. Idfk why it can't be upgraded when the guy says it can but i doesn't work for w\e reason.. And yes i have the perk to do it but it stil says i can't.. So idfk.. Need's to tell us or fix that.
