Good Idea, Needs Something Else
The cosmetics look cool, except for the fact that the gear on a medic's back changes with the medi gun he is using. Maybe add a new medi gun with the design and add the goggles as a cosmetic in a set. "The Nuclear Nurse", or the "Radioactive Rembrant" sound decent-ish.

if you use it as new medigun, i would suggest something like this:

pros:
+25% healing speed

cons:
50% more damage taken from behind


by the way, why name it "backpfeifengeist"? I'm german, and I don't really get the point of naming it "back pipe ghost" (translated) ...

-adi- running it through the google translator and then complaining about the name was not your best idea. Also it's not supposed to be directly translated. A Backpfeife is colloquially used and would rather translate with: a slap in the face. Even though, this name does not make sense. The design still looks nice. Greetings from a native speaker :P

Black Baron is right putting it in google translator is not a good idea. And if you haven't noticed he is refencing Ghostbusters with its similar design, he/she named it the Backpfeifengeist so he/she wouldn't have problems with the Real Ghostbusters.

this could come with a medigun.
-Fires a straight line that heals teammates
-Ubercharge damages enimies
-+75% faster heal rate
--15 damage penalty
+75% chance to bust ghosts.

-All Enemies Near Ubercharged(Capture Stream) Has 75% To Be Lit On Fire, 25% To Insta Kill All Near.
-Being Backstabed Will Result In Exploding
-Puting A Stream On The Same Target As Another Is Puting A Stream On Causes A Payload Explosion Due To Crossing The Streams.
-Healing Spys Auto Kills Them
Ubercharge Causes The Target To Be Crited & Invunerable for 10 Seconds
