For now, the dev point localisation add just for base, buiding, etc. but not for other thing like government reforms, base development... the differnt changement will be count but will not show ass new moddiifer/base value) It would be nice to have a localisation for this differents possibility for when modders wnat to add the Dev point mod in there mod but with some change.
