SPECIAL CHARACTERS

I tried to knock a Fashion Guy and a Failed Subject down, the 2 of them died, i bring their corpses to be revived with Vanilla Psycast Expanded and they were revival sickness but still dead, are they covertable, are they made to die on down or what, because i wanted them
