How to evolve eyes
For those looking on a tutorial on how to evolve Sharigan, Rinnegan and forbidden eye.

Step one: get Forbidden or uchiha bloodline.

Step two: become an adult and wait for eyes to reach 3 tomo for Uchiha. Forbidden blood doesn't need to do anything yet.

Step three: Kill a loved one or friend to get MS for Uchiha.

Step four: Find another MS user and kidnap them for the eyes, then you get EMS after implanting them via lab.

Step five for RInnegan: Enter near death state for a couple of years, this is for both Uchiha and forbidden blood. For Uchiha use the lab and a secret interaction with another bloodline to implant a secret.....

Step six: RInnesharigan...... secret......
