I tested and this mod conflicting with The BepInEx-NEM Menu In MPN WorkShop version, when i delete it, this mod started working

I'm not sure why it would have any conflict with that mod, all this mod does is add a custom voice pack and binds it to 4 different enemy types

I'll try the menu mod myself later to see if I can determine what's causing the incompatibility

about installing it correctlly, i installed it as written in instruction

i fixed that problem by unsubscribing the mod, the menu isn't dissapear after unsubscribing it

oh, i spectating that problem again

apparently the issue with NEM is just that the version you're using might just be outdated, since that tends to break certain mods if it's not updated
