tunnel tubeways crash districts

Reproduction Idea Mechanics.

My game is crashing on Experimental with only these mods, in this order. (Exception log below)

Placing small warehouses on top of gristmills?

I can place a small warehouse on top of the gristmill and with connected pathing, it says it can be accessed. However, once built, it's not connected by paths. Is this a known issue? I have a screenshot to share if that helps.
