you can spawn it at the oil rig base

hello i know what im doing i landed on moon with this now listen once you spawn it with mission editor or whatever it will fall over then at the bottom of the rocket there is a big key turn that and wait and the whole rocket will lift outta da watah but if it falls when you launch did you make sure all fuel stuff is running and the rockets are ready?
