本人不是TFR开发团队，转发此声明仅为表明发生了什么
I am not a member of the TFR development team. I am only forwarding this text to show what happened.



加入TFR之初，我怀着对钢铁雄心4模组创作的热忱，渴望通过美工作品表达本世纪的浪漫。感谢这个平台让我与其他创作者共同成长，在烈焰升腾的创作过程中，我与TFR制作组同仁始终追求钢铁雄心模组领先的品质标准。

然而近期Czar的决策令人不安。单方面移除EN-TFR与RU-TFR核心成员、将中东组成员权限凌驾于优秀贡献者之上的行为，已背离TFR"集体创作"的初心。作为TFR-CN美术组成员，我无法认同Czar将团队成果私有化的倾向。

我即日起将暂停在TFR制作组的任何工作，直至Czar完成以下事项：
-移交推特账号、YouTube账号及Github项目的所有权
-恢复被移除成员的开发者权限
-从TFR制作组退休，移交给更可靠的人选
倘若Czar拒绝交涉，我将收回我所以作品的使用权并永远退出TFR。

烈焰升腾不应是昙花一现。我们比任何时刻都更需要团结——不是为独夫民贼，而是为所有曾在深夜修改事件代码、反复调试国策树、在PS一熬就是几个小时的创作者，为对未来更新满怀期待的玩家。

Czar必须下台，因为烈焰必须升腾！

When I first joined TFR, I was filled with enthusiasm for Hearts of Iron IV mod creation, aspiring to express the romance of this century through artistic works. I am grateful to this platform for allowing me to grow alongside fellow creators. Amidst the blazing creative process, my colleagues in the TFR production team and I have always pursued the leading quality standards for Hearts of Iron mods.

However, recent decisions by Czar have become concerning. The unilateral removal of core members from EN-TFR and RU-TFR, along with prioritizing Middle East Group members' privileges over outstanding contributors, has deviated from TFR's original vision of "collective creation." As a member of the TFR-CN art team, I cannot endorse Czar's tendency to privatize team achievements.

Effective immediately, I will suspend all work with the TFR production team until Czar fulfills the following requirements:
Transfer ownership of Twitter accounts, YouTube channels, and GitHub projects
Restore developer permissions for removed members
Retire from the TFR production team and transfer authority to more reliable candidates
Should Czar refuse to negotiate, I will revoke usage rights to all my works and permanently leave TFR.

The rising fire should not be ephemeral. Now more than ever, we need unity—not for autocrats, but for all creators who revised event codes late at night, repeatedly debugged focus trees, and spent hours in PS; for players who eagerly anticipate future updates.

CZAR MUST FALL, THE FIRE MUST RISE!
