Overview on How to craft the vaccine
Sharing but we are still improving. Hope this helps
Step 1: Read the Books 📚
Find two essential books in libraries or loot spots:
Basics of Research Equipment
Chemical Experiments Manual
📝 Tip: These books are your starting point! Read them to unlock crafting recipes.

Step 2: Build the Workbench 🛠️
Materials Needed:
🪵 Planks
📌 Nails
🔧 Scrap electronics
🔨 Hammer and Saw
🥽 Protective gear (goggles, gloves, etc.)
Place the workbench indoors (🏠).
⚡ If there’s no electricity, you’ll need a generator.

Step 3: Craft the Equipment 🧪
Using the workbench, craft the following:
Gas Furnace 🔥: To melt glass.
Centrifuge 🌀: To separate blood components.
Chromatograph 💉: To extract DNA/RNA.
PCR Machine 🧬: For processing DNA/RNA.
Chemistry Set ⚗️: To mix and create the vaccine.
💡 Note: Some items require Petri Dishes and Test Tubes. These can be crafted or looted.

Step 4: Create Glassware 🧊
Use the Gas Furnace 🔥 to craft:
🧫 Petri Dishes
🧪 Test Tubes
💉 Syringes
🪞 Materials Needed: Broken Glass + Glass Molds.

Step 5: Extract Zombie Blood 🩸
Kill zombies 🧟‍♂️ and grab a Sterilized Bag 🛍️ (made from garbage bags + duct tape).
Place the zombie corpse on the Autopsy Table ⚰️.
Use a knife 🔪 to extract Zombie Blood Samples.
🩹 Tip: You’ll also need protective gear like gloves and masks.

Step 6: Process Blood in Machines 🧫
Use the Machines in this order:
Centrifuge 🌀: Separate plasma and blood cells.
Chromatograph 💉: Extract DNA or RNA.
PCR Machine 🧬: Refine the DNA/RNA for the vaccine.

Step 7: Craft the Vaccine ⚗️
Use the Chemistry Set to mix:
DNA/RNA 🧬
Reagents 🧪
Blood Plasma 🩸
🎉 Hooray! You’ve created the vaccine!
Step 8: Use the Vaccine 🚑
Administer the vaccine to cure infections! 💉
🛑 If the mod version requires it, you may need to reapply the vaccine after another bite.

Bonus Tips 💡
Loot 🗺️ Glassware Packs: These contain Petri Dishes, Test Tubes, and Syringes.
Level up 📈 Metalworking and Electronics to craft equipment.

[Zombie Plasma/PBMC Production]
1. Hunt a zombie.
2. Store the zombie in a sterile bag.
- The quicker the storage, the better the quality.
- If stored too late or if the body is too far away, it will turn into a [Decay] state.
3. Place the zombie body from the sterile bag onto an autopsy table.
- Gloves and a mask are required.
4. Perform an autopsy on the body at the autopsy table.
- A syringe is additionally required.
5. Transfer the zombie blood in the syringe to a test tube using the chemistry lab kit.
6. Mix the blood in the test tube with Histopaque 1077/1119.
※ If only plasma is needed, mixing with Histopaque 1077/1119 is not necessary.
7. Place the sample in a centrifuge for centrifugation.
8. Separate the centrifuged sample into plasma/PBMC using the chemistry lab kit.
9. Mix the separated plasma/PBMC with Proteinase K reagent.
10. Place the sample in the centrifuge for another round of centrifugation.

[Gaining Research Points]
11. Wash the plasma/PBMC with ethanol to isolate DNA/RNA.
12. Conduct research using a microscope (earn research points).
13. Develop the required gRNA through microscope research.

[Vaccine/Injector Production]
11. Purify the separated plasma/PBMC using a chromatograph.

※ The following steps require gRNA research completed.
12. Use PCR to create gRNA from the purified plasma/PBMC.
13. Manufacture a gRNA-Cas9 complex using the chemistry lab kit.
14. Combine the Cas9 complex with the player's plasma/PBMC in the chemistry lab kit to produce antibodies.
15. Combine the antibodies with the player's plasma/PBMC in the chemistry lab kit to create a vaccine/injector.

[Player Plasma/PBMC Production]
1. Right-click a syringe to draw blood.
2. Transfer the player's blood in the syringe to a test tube using the chemistry lab kit.
3. Mix the blood in the test tube with Histopaque 1077/1119.
※ If only plasma is needed, mixing with Histopaque 1077/1119 is not necessary.
4. Place the sample in a centrifuge for centrifugation.
5. Separate the centrifuged sample into plasma/PBMC using the chemistry lab kit.

[Player Infection Test]
1. Right-click a syringe to draw blood.
2. Transfer the player's blood in the syringe to a petri dish using the chemistry lab kit.
3. Examine the blood using a microscope.
