It seems that this update may have caused a bug with holding down to buy/craft anything considered ammo.
I have tested a clean slate with just this mod (new world, character, unsubscribed from all other mods, etc.), and can only buy/craft one click at a time.

If anyone else is experiencing this or has any ideas to what may be causing it, that'll be helpful to know.
