Solution for the lag!

I used FPS booster and Permormant Renderer (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1169579845 and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3105962404)

All the random lag spikes on certain locations of the map (like near the core elevator) were fixed. Just note that some props may not load in from certain distances, but you can't really notice it without noclip.
