Blue Shift (Focal Point Update) Compatability
It mostly works with the current version of Blue Shift release (November 2024 Focal Point Update), but there are some issues with more scripted areas.
The first formal encounter, with the HECU, the main actors are using the og Black Mesa outfits while the other grunts (up above on the catwalk, above the tunnel) are using the correct, mod appropriate outfits.

marinerevamped.vpk
urbanwarrior.vpk
Installed into the blue shift Custom folder

I do NOT have the charactermanifest.vpk installed as I found it made certian security guards not look like their archtypes (i.e. on the tram ride in, otis looked like a normal guard etc)

hmm, maybe I need to seperate the Character Manifest for Standard BMS and BShift specific only in the next update. So Bshift support is now on hold for a while

I'm going to continue to use it, despite the scuff, because I enjoy the hell out of it regardless. But yeah, fair warning to those that come after it's not a perfect fit for blue shift.

Yeah, I looked up how to fix it, turns out there are new model variants i.e. ragdoll (dead), 'scripted actor', etc. And a new Character Manifest script that apparently has a more complicated Marine part structure than the previous one lmao. So I think the next update will really require my Character Manifest in order to get this mod to work in Blue Shift, but I have to figure this out...

I realize a lot of these are the same issues (gib, commander grunt mostly), but I'm identifying every spot I find issues anyways, so it'll be easier for you to spot check all the possible instances.

As after c3m2a is Xen content, that's the extent of grunts (so far) in Blue Shift

I manage to fix some of it, including it's missing animation. I'll upload it later (only desert camo worked so far) and separate it from the main game (for Blue Shift only)
