Make sure you have "load textures on demand" toggled ON. You absolutely cannot run the mod without this, there are far too many to load. This is at Warband BEFORE starting the mod, under "Video Options". This is done regardless of WSE2 or normal warband, both have options to toggle loading textures on demand. Don't bother argueing with me about it, just do it or unsubscribe. The reason is there are 2 GB of textures and Warband will run out of memory at about 2.3 GB loaded, leaving a scant 300 MB or so to work with, and both Steam overlay and Nvidia overlay want half of that. This is common to most total conversions.

After that, let me know WHICH TOWN you are trying to enter. This is because each town has a dedicated scene to match the town and by knowing the town name I can look up the town scene that ought to have been loaded.
