this type of mod is a bad mod
Being on the Rebels side you cant progress because u have everybody aggressing you at the same time and with the pop cap really low you cant really build your star fleet as big as the other empire at war mods.. i hate how the modders did the pop cap some of the building require population cap which is dumb af... and npcs just steam role through your planets and units like butter

Sounds more like a strategy issue than bad mod. not to mention you can add pop cap boosts to planets pretty easily, both in game and through editing planetary bonuses if you are so inclined. There are issues i find in the mod, but i have been modding this game since i first figured out how over a decade ago, so i know how to do it.
