Patch 1.3.1

Today's first patch focuses on adding the remaining boot tiers as well as nerfing two powerhouse items to make them accessible sooner. Also introducing a new item!


Plated Steelcaps
- Added Lightning, Frostspark and Terraspark Plated Steelcaps
- Armor/Tier: 2 > 4 > 5 > 8
- Terraspark Plated Steelcaps: Also reduces incoming damage by 10

Sorcerer's Shoes
- Added Lightning, Frostspark and Terraspark Sorcerer's Shoes
- Magic Pen/Tier: 2 > 3 > 5 > 8
- Terraspark Sorcerer's Shoes: Also grants +4% Ability Power

Lucidity Boots
- Added Lightning, Frostspark and Terraspark Lucidity Boots
- Ability Haste/Tier: 3% > 4% > 5% > 8%


NEW: Mejai's Soulstealer
+20 Max Life
[Glory]: Gain 0.05% Ability Power on kill up to 50% total (1000 Max Stacks)
Crafting Recipe: Dark Seal (1) + Every Lunar Fragment (20) @ Ancient Manipulator

Mejai's being the item it is is subject to change, but I wanted it to be a fun stat scaler like Hubris, so I might make it an expert drop in future

Black Cleaver
- Attack Damage: 20% > 10%
- Max Life: 20 > 40
- Attack Speed: Removed
- Cleaved: Now has a base cooldown of 20s (Affected by Ability Haste)
- Cleaved: Debuff Duration: 5s > 4s
- Cleaved: Debuff Defense Reduction: 30% > 10%
- No longer purchased from the Arms Dealer
- Now dropped by Pumpking (6%)

The Collector
- Attack Damage: 25% > 12.5%
- Critical Chance: 25% > 10%
- Armor Penetration: 20 > 5
- Execute: Now has a damage cap (1000)
- Execute: Now has a base cooldown of 10 (Affected by Ability Haste)
- Removed Luminite Bars from crafting recipe, changed crafting station to Adamantite Forge

I've got a lot of ideas for new content coming up, most of which I'll be slowly slipping into builds to get feedback before I go all out. I'm also doing this so I focus on item balancing and quality of life beforehand, but I'm happy to share what ideas I do have in the meantime!
