I can't pick a military tradition, its greyed out (German traditions as Sweden).

Can only queue one instance of a particular building to be built in cities at a time. For example, if I want to build 2 libraries, I need to wait until the first is finished building before I can queue another to be built.

sorry for the late reply but the building glitch is something to do with 2.0.5, not sure what causes it.
