Porting to different maps
1. Locate the directory where workshop mission files are stored. For example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\48054972\107410\remote

2. Open file "HIVE%20Battle%20Generator%20ALTIS.Altis.pbo" with PBO manager

3. Create a new folder in your editor missions directory. For example: C:\Users\Kosmokainen\Documents\Arma 3\missions

4. Name this folder with the suffix of .mapname. For example: "HIVE_Battle_Generator_LIVONIA.Livonia"

5. Place the contents of the .pbo into previous folder.

6. Launch the game with only necessary mods or dlc needed for the custom map.

7. Open the previously made folder in the editor.

8. Move the exclusion markers into areas that may be troublesome, such as islands. (HIVE_EXCLUDE_1 to HIVE_EXCLUDE_10)

9. In attributes -> general change "Title". For example: "HIVE Battle Generator LIVONIA"

NOTE:
Map needs to have location marker data in order for the mission to function. If the map has none you will need to create them!

Do let me know if you make ports to different maps so I can add them to the collection.

Please follow the instructions and only have the minimum amount of map required modifications enabled when porting. Currently the requirements for your mission look like this:

REQUIRED ITEMS
This item requires all of the following other items
RHSAFRF
RHSGREF
RHSUSAF
CBA_A3
MSW Russian Uniforms
RHSSAF
UA AF 2023
Ukraine War Mod 2023
Ukrainian Factions Project
HAG Objects (SIGNED)
RHSTERRACORE
Krayina, Ukraine

According to the map's workshop page it should only require HAG Objects (SIGNED) and RHSTERRACORE.

Yes, yes, these are reqs for the Ukrainian War Mod and it's other factions, I didn't make the mod. I recognize it's quite a bit then. As for exclusions I can throw them around but ultimately the map is just one massive field with villages dotted throughout.

That is unless your insisting there only be NATO/CSAT/FIA combat involved.

You DO NOT NEED to have ANY other modification enabled besides the map ones for the ported mission to work with mod or dlc faction. The factions are automatically pulled from cfgGroups!

Okay, I figured out what your looking for. However, would you be cool if I add a recommended faction mods tab to the description of the workshop posting? Just so there's an intended vision taking place. Workshop post should be updated as of now.

Yes the folder needs to have the suffix of .mapname such as "HIVE_Battle_Generator_ALTIS.Altis"
