In some maps, the helicopters aren't registered as squadVehicle. I need to investigate further. Broken in: Mountain Range

Currently, respawn means you need to share queue with other bots. I should make this optional.

Team without helicopter should not be registered, and we should’ve ave an option to adjust how many infantrymen spawn on ground versus on air.
