Diplomacy Golan Space Structures

Hello,
is it on purpose that space structures become hostile after a succesful diplomacy takeover. After Aminidala "converted" Brental, i got into a space fight Amidala+ ships from planet vs the structures. After i retreated they got destroyed.

It was on the large sotry camapign with the republic.
