Ok soo i have build the Malevolence 2 times. What i mean by this is i build it once and after i did the Mission to build it wont go away, soo i sold it and build it again and still nothing. Soo idk what is going on or after i build it, it takes time for the next mission to start but ether way im stuck. Idk if its because ive taken over to many planets or have to build something else or what.
