Supporting with Buildings
Since I've already received several requests and this project is time-consuming, I would be grateful for support with various buildings. However, I have my own standards for this project.

If you'd like to support me, please briefly tell me about your experience (including screenshots) and what you'd like to do (special buildings/landmarks or regular residential buildings/apartments).

Requirements:
  • Build 42 Editor(!) - Note: B41 buildings can be saved with the B42 Editor to switch versions. I haven't been able to do this the other way around, so create B41 backups.
  • Vanilla tiles only. This mod should not have any dependencies later on.
  • Building appearance between 1993 and today. Building interior from 1993. Only real buildings - non-existent buildings only after consultation.
  • Light switches on (almost) all doors, just like in real life. In vanilla, there's usually only one light switch per room.
  • I'll specify the building sizes, as the road network doesn't allow for any flexibility.
  • I'll let you know which buildings you can make – it's quite possible that I've already finished certain regions/buildings/landmarks without publishing them.

I haven't worked with basements yet, but there seem to be several options (only one of which is supported by the dev team). So you can skip the basements for now.

If I use your buildings in this mod, I'll give you credit on the workshop page.

i'v contributed for the project france and i'v made some houses and I rather build regular residential building than special building. how can I show you the screenshots of my buildings ?

Oh cool, I only recently found out about the France mod, unfortunately I haven't been able to take a look at it yet due to time constraints. But the France mod is still B41, isn't it? Have you already built houses for B42 or do you have the unofficial modding tools for B42?

If you want to build normal residential buildings, “Upper West Side” would probably be a good choice. There are a lot of very small and narrow apartments, close together. For example at “W 72nd St.” and “Columbus Ave”. There is often a small backyard between the buildings. Would something like that be for you?

I think I will publish the next update next week, then you can take a look at the street network in northern Manhattan.

I'v checked the streets that you pointed out and it would be good for me, I just want to know what structure I will build and the proportions, sorry my english is not very good i'm still learning
