When I start a mission only CSAT assets are being used. PLS HELP!!!!

Hello, When i start a mission with Takistan or RHS units it only spawns CAST assets for us to destroy. Is there a way to make it use the right assets for the faction that you are using at the moment. or am i stuck destroying CSAT stuff
