If you want to do this now, you can just create a General or Admiral to lead your army or fleet using the console and give him 999 Manuever points
e.x. in the console type:
leader 999 999 999 999
or
admiral 999 999 999 999
(The numberical valuves correspond to Attack/Shock/Manuver/Siege)
@NastyPotato I used to try out another cheat mod out there that would have good diplomacy, however the problem is that if you do have amazing dilpomacy, for some reason the Holy Roman Empire will elect your nation as the Emperor (even though you are nowhere near the HRE) I've seen this happen to me as the Byzantines.
I can add monarch points and tradition points when enabling the mod definitely, however as stated by the above it can be done via console commands. Hm... Thanks for the input tho guys!
