Nuclear Winter Bug - B42.10
In no way am I expecting this to have been fixed by now, just jotting it down.

But when loading an older B42.9 save (yesterday), the Nuclear Winter is still occurring in-world but the temperature of the world is back to normal (roughly 74F).
