Mil. cades that appear with soldiers.

You do like 2 weeks or a month before the outbreak

The cades are there but no soldiers.

If possible... Please make the cades not appear 'til the mod kicks off with the 7 days before the apocalypse stuff. I say since I forgot about those crashed my APC and messed myself up.

Understandable if not possible.
