Hello everyone, it's been awhile! The delay is due to both personal reasons, and setbacks when creating this update. Initially, I wanted to recreate a large portion of the tech tree: the problem I found with this, however, is in the base game scenarios. I would have to create new scenarios because of it, and vanilla scenarios would be out of sorts. After two weeks of work on that, I went back to the drawing board and decided to tackle legacies alongside additional changes to AI behavior, research, and diplomacy. Some diseases are also now deadlier, and I have implemented improved sandbox values.
