Talk to the Jaguarman leader (he's the one the size of a mega zombie) and he'll have a dialogue option to tell him where Jorge booted that guy on the wanted posters to. He (and the entire gang) will vanish into thin air afterwards.

I'm stuck on it too, every time I try to tell the leader where the Raimundo went, he replies with a question mark and nothing else.

thats the thing i told him that but all i get is "...?" and nothing else kinda like what stashy wrote

i managed to get them all to move to the house

How do you even progress this quest, I'm still at 0/3.

Same, I talked to the leader and he mentioned beating Raimondo's ass and nothing else after that, he just says the same thing when you keep talking to him, talked to the other jaguarmen during both day and night and they all just cycled through the same few dialogues

Looks like quest is fixed now. Probably you need to abandon/restart this quest.
You don't even have to leave the safezone to complete this quest, you just have to:
1. get the quest from Commander Jorge
2. speak with jaguarmen leader - he tells you that he is looking for Raimondo
3. speak with Jorge again - he seen him near Niteroi or something - DON'T look for them
4. speak again with jaguarmen leader and he will leave safezone looking for Raimondo
5. quest finished

I flagged the quest forwards because I didn't know how to find where they went, but this will be helpful for my next playthrough, thank you!

Tried doing this but i couldnt talk to Jorge about it, all I could do is decode the notes from the Southern Front. Abandoning the quest doesn't seem to work either.
