I thought i would share some of the blueprints i have found so far feel free to share any locations for blueprints

Horde beacon: The basic one can be found at Alto Da Serra in a big red building that has barricade at the front.

Reinforced blueprints: All 3 blueprints can be found in the deadzone in the underground floors along with the Chainbreaker. I recommend watching the video that Sm1eey made to know where the keycards and the Chainbreaker is.

(EDIT) i found the Unstable Horde Beacon and it is right next to the filler blueprint in the Underground deadzone and the blueprint spawns probably timed so idk when it spawns but if you get lucky you might find the blueprint in there
