The theather (map icon shows a laughing and a crying mask as symbol) is located southeast of the football stadium.

The supplies are on the sidewalk on the Northeastern streetcorner, next to 2 metal barriers.
1 Woodencrate with a brown backpack on top and 2 small cardboard boxes next to them.
