the orange one? Alto de Serra, in one of the Southern Front's House, specifically the big one.

The UPGRADED variant, not the normal one, there is 2 orange horde beacons, the normal and advanced

you just need to craft a decent amount of makeshift beacons around 15 - 30 to be able to craft the advanced horde beacon. I kept crafting a lot of them to get it don't know the exact amount.
