When does it finish the quests?
After the basement one (acievement) i cant find any npcs to talk but i know that there is playing god i cant get to that stage can someone help?

Why do you think there are more quests? Usually the achievement marks the end of the story.

yeah there will be more quest i already talked to a delvor aboyt that but there fixing bugs and making the quest they already have easyer to follow

the quest line is not finished there still working on but there doing the more inoportant thing like bug fixes and they also plan to open up the map more like for example there are some building that are borded off thats becuase they have not worked or add spawns in there yet

Without giving away any spoilers, I suggest exploring Santos joint a bit more (just make sure you've got a biohazard suit and PLENTY of filters.)
