you should be getting a new quest from the radio girl, she'll tell you to go to a spot that's been causing some interference, you'll find a key there next to the source of the interference.

Thanks! After unsubbing, then resubbing, i got the Among us quest from Jorge (pick up a wanted poster), did it, and he wanted to start an investigation against the bad guy... Which was already banished. After that, i got the Vandalise phonebooth quest from the kid, and then got this interference quest.

I think you should try to unsub, then resub to this workshop mod, it fixed it for me.

Last i played, it was the phone booth in the safezone. I think there is a green grafiti mark on the right side, and you have to press F on it, then you can talk to it.
