It should be near the supermart there, the supplies are on the entrance of the building, you'll see some boxes that you can carry

I also had a problem with this mission - I was looking for supplies around the theater for a long time and just after I killed required amount of ghosts I found supplies(big wooden crates) without a problem. Maybe you need to kill ghosts first?
