i think its just a screamer zombie you know what alot of other zombie games have like state of decay or 7 days to die they scream and attract zombies

In terms of gameplay:

- It's a map specific creature

-It's a "animal" with a zombie skin.
So it wanders on its own a bit and can spawn outside of cities.

- It screams, with will attract nearby zombies to it's location
