The Tank has a very odd reach to incapped Survivors, he can often hit an incapped survivor while not even being remotely nearby him.
What do ya think of that?

The boomer's vomit radius. It almost feels that if he sees you, he can vomit on you, no matter how far he is. I've been in situations where a teammate gets puked on and I don't, despite me being closer.
Maybe you could also patch the ledge hanging. When you walk off anything considered a ledge, you automatically hang off of it instead of dropping down. The most obvious example is in the saferoom of the final chapter of The Parish.

holding jump will prevent grabbing ledges

Also, there is the spitter's spit too, it deals damage beyond it's visible appearance, as of sporting a wider hitbox than the actual visual depiction of the spit.
@0x2480 I know that, but in certain cases jumping will cause or add onto fall damage.
The Smoker bot's health gets absurdly low when he grabs a Survivor, he can die to like two or three pistol shots despite having been at full health beforehand

id like to say that the hunter's pounce hitbox is also kinda screwed, it doesnt align with his model most of the time

smoker's anticipation animation on advanced/expert, ik theres a mod by cuba but it kinda sucks
