Possibly Ogre apes? They're huge but not really gigantic huge.
There might be some more. I didn't exhaustively search for creatures whose CorpseBlueprint isn't a blueprint in Creatures.xml or Items.xml e.g. Great Magma Crab's corpse was in Walls.xml.
Ogre apes, I'd say so. Their corpse is 600 lbs vs trolls' 500 lbs corpse.
Cragmensch.Weight is 891. Ogre Ape.Weight is 896. So Cragmensch too, I'd say.
I think Baetyls are probably that weight due to be ultra-dense (probably full of neutron flux, little weirdos).

And here is the list of blueprints that inherit from "Creature" that do have a "Gigantic" tag (they were all over 1k GameObject.Weight). I removed the 60 Golems, which were all over 1k as well. The smallest Golem was 1007 lbs, for reference.
